Zouf, the funny monster !
Zouf est un monstre très gentil, mais il n’est pas content…
– « Je suis trop grand ! Je veux être petit comme une souris 🐭. »
Zouf is a very kind monster, but he is not happy…
– « I am too big! I want to be small like a mouse 🐭. »
– « J’ai 29 ans… C’est extrêmement vieux ! Je veux avoir 10 ans comme les enfants. »
– « I am 29 years old… That’s extremely old! I want to be 10 years old like the kids. »
– « Mes yeux sont très grands et marron 👀 ! Je veux des petits yeux bleus. »
– « Et mes cheveux… ils sont verts et très longs ! Je veux des cheveux courts et blonds. »
– « My eyes are very big and brown 👀! I want small blue eyes. »
– « And my hair… it’s green and very long! I want short blonde hair. »
Alors, Zouf va chez la magicienne Pimprenelle.
✨ « Abracadabra, que veux-tu ? », dit-elle.
Zouf dit :
– « Je veux être petit, jeune et beau ! »
So Zouf goes to the magician Pimprenelle.
« Abracadabra, what do you want? » she says.
Zouf replies:
– « I want to be small, young, and handsome! »
Pimprenelle fait de la magie… POUF 💨 !
Et maintenant, Zouf est… un petit hamster blond 🐹 !
Pimprenelle works her magic… POUF 💨!
And now, Zouf is… a small blond hamster 🐹!
Mais il dit :
– « Oh non ! Je ne peux plus jouer avec les humains ! »
– « Et je ne peux plus manger de pizza ! 😱 »
Zouf est triste.
But he says:
– « Oh no! I can’t play with humans anymore! »
– « And I can’t eat pizza anymore! 😱 »
Zouf is sad.
Alors, il retourne voir Pimprenelle et dit :
– « Finalement, j’aime mes grands yeux, mes cheveux verts et avoir 29 ans. Je suis unique ! »
🎉 Depuis ce jour, Zouf est très heureux d’être un monstre.
So he goes back to see Pimprenelle and says:
– « Actually, I love my big eyes, my green hair, and being 29 years old. I’m unique! »
🎉 From that day on, Zouf is very happy to be a monster.
